IT Counsel - Global Blue-Chip

Global blue chip consumer business is seeking a top tier commercial and IT lawyer to join their Central London team.

The Role

• Taking a holistic approach, you will be structuring, negotiating and drafting operational IT transactions.
• Identifying and advising the wider business, with regards to the commercial risk in proposed strategic commercial IT arrangements, you will additionally lead on data protection, IT security, intellectual property, compliance and HR.

You

• You will possess significant expertise in commercial and corporate law with a proven track record of advising on complex outsourcing and tech agreements.
• You will be have significant legal experience gained in an international law firm or as part of an in-house legal team in a FTSE or large multi-national.
• You will be able to liaise confidently with various business units and third parties and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• You will possess sound commercial judgement and apply it flexibly and fast to a variety of legal issues.
