Job Details
An international law firm are looking to recruit a Senior Associate into their M&A and Private Equity team in London.
The team works on a mix of both private M&A and private equity transactions across a range of sectors including Energy, Natural Resources, Technology, Retail and Manufacturing.
You will get involved in regular conversations with Partners about the strategy for the team and will be given clear objectives to achieve progression.
Previous experience of M&A or private equity work is essential from a top City firm or leading regional practice. Applicants from other common law jurisdictions, including Australia, South Africa and New Zealand, are also encouraged to apply.
Salary for this role will be up to £105,000 plus bonus.
