Our client is a first-class commercial, regional law firm with offices nationwide. With a vast client base and a top 50 firm profile, this firm is very well-known across the country. Its corporate group is excellent and is now looking for a junior associate to join the ranks covering a varied caseload.
Working alongside partners and other team members, the work will involve working with a high-profile client base and one which is regularly seen in the media. Highlights of the team's success include, large M&A deals, corporate recovery and retail matters. The team also covers a lot of corporate support work.
Applications are invited from junior solicitors who have at least 1 years PQE, who have trained and qualified with another top-ranked corporate and commercial law firm. Candidates will be considered from leading regional firms, as well as those from a City background, however, all candidates must have a solid academic profile.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a corporate solicitor who is at the beginning of their career, who is looking for a reputable law firm and genuine professional development.
