A large Fintech organisation based in central London that provides software services to a range of customers. This organisation has revenues exceeding $1.5 billion and employs over 8,000 people.
The in-house legal team requires a Commercial Lawyer reporting into the General Counsel to join the team of 4 in London. You will negotiate and draft a variety of commercial contracts while also supporting on wide range of technology agreements including licensing and outsourcing agreements.
You will be a UK qualified lawyer with 2-4 PQE (as a guide only). You will have had exposure to technology and commercial contracts, with demonstrable experience of negotiating and drafting agreements, both autonomously and as a part of a team. You will be accustomed to building relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels.
You can come from a private practice or in-house background, but you will need to be available on short notice as this is an initial interim role. This role has the potential to go permanent for the right person.
Working in a small team, you will be exposed to good levels of responsibility with international exposure.
