Elite International Law Firm Seeking NQ Derivatives Associates in London

Our client is a highly-regarded international law firm, and an opportunity has emerged for newly-qualified associates to join the firm’s market-leading derivatives practice in the London office.

The derivatives team engages in the most complex, cross-border transactional work in derivatives and structured products, ranging from stock loans and asset based securities to repackaging programmes and synthetic CDOs.  The wealth of work on offer reflects the broad client-base that the team works with, including various financial institutions and financial market regulators, with an emphasis on an outlook towards emerging markets.

Candidates can expect to advise on various stages of the structured finance strategy process.  Given the relatively smaller team size, they will benefit from being tasked with greater levels of responsibility towards high-quality and diverse international work that will serve to boost professional development and client interaction.

Applications are welcome from those who have qualified within the last six months or so, but especially those who are due to qualify in the upcoming March 2019 intake.  Trainees from the Autumn 2019 intake (August/September) are also encouraged to express interest as the derivatives team continues to grow and look into more future qualification rounds for NQs. 

Candidates are expected to have completed a seat in derivatives/structured products at a leading practice in London or any other regional hub.
