Job Details
An Employment Solicitor is required for a fantastic opportunity with a Legal 500 National firm based at their office in Manchester. The salary on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.
This well-known, National firm are Legal 500 listed across many Practice areas and are particularly strong for their work in the Healthcare sector. The Employment team works on a National basis meaning you will join a team with a wealth of Employment knowledge and experience.
In terms of the work; you will work advising Respondent clients with a mix of contentious and non-contentious work including disciplinary procedures, discrimination, TUPE and company re-organisations, tribunal claims and generally providing support to clients regarding Employment queries. The Employment team in Manchester is small but growing meaning you will be given early responsibility and the opportunity to take the lead on cases.
