Pharmaceutical Lawyer ● Initial Contract Role (6-9 months)
Our client is a major life sciences company seeking to appoint an experienced pharmaceutical sector lawyer to provide additional support to its UK/Ireland business unit. The role is to be offered on an initial 6-9 month contract and then may well extend or potentially become permanent. The role is based North of London and there are good commuting links.
The focus of the role will be provide support to sales & marketing operations within the UK/Ireland and will involve a broad workload of both commercial and compliance matters. This is expected to include: drafting and reviewing a broad range of agreements (e.g. supply, consultancy, confidentiality, distribution, procurement); advising on the rules governing the marketing and promotion of medicines in the UK; providing general legal advice on a matters such as contractual, competition, procurement, privacy, dispute management, IP issues etc.
You should be an adaptable lawyer with a solid base of pharmaceutical sector experience. They can offer a good working environment and competitive remuneration package which can be tailored to suit experience level. You should ideally be available on relatively short notice.
