Senior Pensions Lawyer with Clear Route to Partnership

This is a very rare opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a top London Pensions practice and  have a clear route to Partnership.  Normally such roles come accompanied by the blocks and restrictions with which ambitious Pensions Solicitors of 7-8 years PQE and above will be all too familiar.  Here however there is not only a mandate to push for partnership but an absence of competition at this level.  It will have to be earned, through a combination of technical and commercial acumen, the origination of new work and the ownership and development of core client relationships.  Candidates should be able to offer a clear scheme advisory bias, the personal and professional behaviours and attributes one would associate with a Partner and a track record of contributing to the development and enhancement of clients and additional revenue.    Please apply in strict confidence, no CVs are shared without permission.
