Our client has boasted one of the leading London property practices over the last 30 years. They are a highly profitable mid sized firm looking for a junior partner to help sustain the firm's reputation in real estate, going forward. The firm has an loyal and impressive client roster with a particular focus on the leisure, hotel and restaurant sector and is highly regarded for its exceptionally commercial approach. A number of the firms partners have joined them from top 25 firms, seeking greater autonomy, financial and job prospects and a greater sense of involvement in deciding upon the firms direction. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of business development. This role will suit a senior associate or a junior partner who seeking greater recognition and responsibility as well as someone who really enjoys developing and growing business.
