Applicants should ideally have extensive experience in advising borrowers, investors and lenders on all aspects of finance transactions, including the financing of domestic and cross border acquisitions and general corporate lending. If not already in Dubai, you'll also be eager to relocate to an exciting part of the world and to join a dynamic practice led by a leading partner. The firm's Dubai office serves the wider Gulf region and has exposure to a broad range of top-level banking transactions.
