A SENIOR INSOLVENCY LITIGATOR is sought by this burgeoning, highly profitable business' Birmingham office.
The successful applicant will become in-house counsel on a portfolio of litigation, monitoring and instructing external law firms and counsel for a business with a large legal spend and exposure across the country.
Candidates need strong strategic and commercial instincts and at least seven years of post qualified experience of insolvency litigation gained at a UK law firm. Strong relationships with law firms, counsel and other players in the insolvency litigation space are highly valued.
