THE FIRM:
Our client is a leading regional law firm based in South Coast of England with an enviable track record advising both commercial and private clients.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a commercial property solicitor to join the firm's highly regarded team acting on behalf of developers, trading businesses and institutional landowners.
You will be responsible for advising on a range of commercial property from acquisition and disposal of properties to development to advising on leases for large scale commercial landlords and tenants.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you will have NQ-7PQE with a proven track record from a top regional or national firm.
You will have a sound grounding and experience in commercial property to include landlords and tenants, coupled experience in drafting commercial contracts.
Strong academics and a 2:1 degree or above are required.
You will be client focussed and be commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
