About the role
The successful Real Estate NQ+ will be based in the firm's Bristol office which boasts a Real Estate team highly rated in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. The firm's national Real Estate team provide a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property and this role will be based in the Health Care team primarily acting for NHS clients on a range of property matters.
Daily work in this role will be varied and will include:
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, renewal leases, licences and other estate management documents
*Underaking searches and due diligence on property transactions
*Drafting reports on title and reporting directly to the client
*Reviewing and negotiating contracts, raising and reviewing enquiries and reporting to the client on property investment matters
About the Real Estate NQ+
*Given the nature of the work, you will be an experienced NQ as a minimum,
*As a guide, 6 months' experience in Real Estate matters gained at a reputable firm during your training contract.
*You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and due to the large volume of work you must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. You will have sound drafting and negotiating skills and will thrive when problem solving.
The ability to demonstrate an interest in the healthcare sector is key.
