Property Paralegal - Leeds

One of the top ranked property teams in the UK is looking for a property paralegal to join their social housing department.

You will be reporting directly to a Legal 500 rated partner, who has an enviable reputation in the field and deals with a mix of clients from both housing associations and local authorities. This includes acting for some of the North's largest city councils and property developers.

This is a popular firm for lawyers who want a quality offering without the 'big firm mentality' and hence the majority of lawyers at this practice have backgrounds with Top 50 firms, which includes those members of the social housing team.

The role will involve dealing with a wide range of property matters including sales; shared ownership, re-sale covenants; land disposals and acquisitions. You will also be tasked with helping partners in the team deal with reviewing searches and titles; preparing certificates of title and creating completion statements.

To be considered for the role, experience dealing with sales work is essential. You will be joining a collegiate and supportive environment so prior experience of working with social housing clients isn't essential you will receive constant support from the more experience lawyers.
