The Role
The firm is recruiting for a new Corporate Solicitor with 3+ PQE for their thriving Leeds City Centre office.
Client service is at the heart of their ethos, they believe in providing the personal touch, they have many client tools which enable them to deliver excellent service, this practice is ahead of the curve when it comes to service and relationship building.
The Corporate team are innovative and set trends in the market. You will deal with a varied client base range from medium sized companies to large FTSE 100's, this variety will make for a much more interesting role. They team advise companies, management teams, investors, and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture, and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.
Requirements
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
- You will be a Corporate Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE (There is no upper limit to level of PQE and I urge even the most experienced to apply)
- You will either be coming from a reputable firm.
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
- You should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid client relationships
- Salary is market rate and negotiable based on your level of PQE
