Pro-Legal are currently working with a leading US firm, looking for a high calibre mid-senior level Structured Finance Associate to join their growing London office. This particular client has been growing considerably in the London market over recent years and prides itself on having a smaller team feel, with an enjoyable working culture.

They have made a number of high-profile hires over recent months and are now looking for a high calibre Structured Finance Associate to join their growing London team. The team works on a broad range of Structured Transactions, including securitisation, CLOs, CMBS, covered bonds and capital market transactions.

They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who is excited about being the lead Associate on matters. The Partners are actively involved in training and furthering Associates in the team and they will offer day to day support. A such, this role will suit someone who enjoys a high level of client contact and a high level of responsibility.

Business development is strongly encouraged, and career progression is something that is very much achievable in this growing team.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• A strong academic record
• Strong Structured Finance experience
• 3-6 years post qualification experience
• Experience obtained within a leading US, UK or International firm
