Your new role
This banking solicitor role will see you advise on a broad range of banking matters. These will include acquisition finance, general corporate finance, leveraged finance and structured finance. The department is well resourced and has a blue chip client base.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a banking lawyer with 2+ years' pqe. You should have good academics, strong communication skills and be a reliable team player.
