Your new company
This Firm is looking to expand their Professional Indemnity team, this is an extremely well established business known for its reputation and progression of staff. They are an award-winning legal business with a strong reputation for excellent client service and effective operational management. Your new role
The role will involve working in a team environment advising insurers and/or professionals in respect of claims made against a wide range of construction professionals (including but not limited to architects, engineers, specialist consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and surveyors and will embrace policy coverage advice, all forms of dispute resolution and assistance with disciplinary proceedings. This is a role that involves taking responsibility for individual case load and may suit a solicitor who at least 3+ years experience in the professional indemnity and construction field. The candidate would be working within a close-knit team structure but with the opportunity to shape strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of leading insurers handling quality work, often on prestige construction projects. For the right candidate it offers the opportunity for development based on performance.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to demonstrate technical and commercial expertise and the ability to deliver results within required time frames in order to provide the highest service level to clients, demonstrating and communicating a clear understanding of business needs and the most efficient way of resolving disputes. There is also the possibility of getting involved in non-contentious contract advice, in which the practice is a brand leader.
