Are you Company Commercial specialist with Property experience looking for a role that can give you a dedicated salary with the ability to work remotely and in addition for your own clients? If so this unique in-house role could be a diverse, fast-paced and rewarding role which will see you be an integral member of the team.

The Company

You will be working in-house for a specialist property investment firm that spans both Residential & Commercial property, including specialist property such as Equine & Healthcare spaces, often through the purchase of existing Corporate entities.

This investment firm is going from strength-to-strength and the next 12-24 months could be a very exciting period of growth for them.

No day with this firm will be the same with a fast-paced company environment which will often see you working on multiple acquisitions at once so no day should be the same.

The Role

You will be joining this exciting and growing company as their sole In-House Legal specialist, working directly with the Managing Director, so this role would suit either an existing Senior Lawyer or an individual looking for greater independence.

The company is looking for you to work on a self-employed basis but you will have the benefit of being able to work both from their office in South London or remotely from home but with the benefit of a salary. The company is open to you also working with your own clients as long as you are available when they need to you to be so.

You will be involved with matters covering general commercial property and conveyancing law and also company acquisitions and contract work. You will have experience acquiring commercial or residential property and undertaking a corporate acquisition of a company which holds property assets, in particular by way of share purchase agreements. Experience of litigation is also a requirement but will form a much smaller part of the role.

This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role with this company whilst having greater flexibility in your work and the opportunity to earn a bonus on top.

Requirements

  • You will be a qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE experience (no upper limit) with extensive experience of running your own Residential, Commercial Property and Corporate Commercial Matters
  • You will be highly driven, innovative and a self-starter who is prepared to take the lead on all legal matters
  • In return, you will receive a strong base salary and generous discretionary bonus
  • This role will give you the opportunity to work both from home and the office and potentially work on additional matters with your own clients
