Corporate Associate

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer in London to join a highly regarded international firm.

Our client is a U.S. law firm in the City of London with excellent reputation. This role for an existing Corporate Solicitor with solid training and experience with mergers and acquisitions and preferably some capital markets experience to develop their career. The firm has an excellent working environment and high-quality work. The corporate team undertake a range of M&A work on small to large cap deals and capital markets work on the main market and AIM. It is not essential to have real strength and depth of experience across both capital markets and M&A as your skills in areas of deficiency can be developed by the team once in situ.

The Corporate Lawyer will work directly with Partners and/or Senior Associate in a small dynamic group. The firm culture is probably more akin to a UK city firm than a New York firm. Our client is looking for a technically strong candidate and preferably a Lawyer who enjoys client interaction and networking with responsibility early on.

The ideal candidate is likely to have:

• Excellent academics and quality training
• Upwards of 3 years' PQE
• Experience of general M&A and capital markets
