Your new role
Working alongside specialist trade mark attorneys, associates and partners you will provide support to the team assisting with the day to day running of client trade mark portfolios and pitches for new work. Paralegals form a core part of the firm's structure and will gain fantastic experience and have exposure to high quality work. The Trade Mark Paralegal role will see candidates supporting with a variety of work including preparing schedules and status reports, conducting basic trade mark searches, gathering evidence, assisting with customs notices, liaising with foreign associates, and updating trade mark management systems.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity we are looking to speak with experienced Trade Mark Paralegals with strong academics and the ability to juggle a high volume workload. You will need to have a number of years' experience in a specialist trade mark paralegal role, or you may have worked in an in-house trade mark department. You have good drafting skills, strong commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail.
