Corporate NQ+

The Corporate practice at this leading boutique practice regularly rivals major City counterparts for high-calibre M&A and PE work, advising clients from a broad range of industry sectors including Financial Services, Fashion, and Media/Entertainment. Following several significant lateral hires into the Corporate group, an opportunity has arisen for an NQ+ Associate to join this highly-regarded department.

The successful applicant will benefit from a lean departmental structure, resulting in a high degree of responsibility and direct access to clients and market-leading Corporate partners. The team undertakes a broad and diverse range of work including M&A, Private Equity, JV and VC, and AIM transactions, with associates receiving regular opportunities to become involved in a wider remit than is often available at larger City practices.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate a clear track record of experience across a broad range of Corporate work, gained within a recognised Corporate team at either a leading City, National, or Regional practice. Previous experience of acting for clients in the Firm's key sector areas would be beneficial but is not essential.
