Job Details
Our client is seeking a highly experienced paralegal to join their London office. The company operate within the financial sector and provide funding to businesses. This is a new role which arisen due to growth.
Interested candidates will have law firm experience to include the buying and selling of businesses and mergers & acquisitions and the types of contracts involved in these transactions.
Salary up to £60,000.
