Corporate Solicitor - Cheshire

Our client is long-established and has, over the years, continued to evolve and take shape as a well regarded commercial firm, more recently winning awards for its culture and clients.

Recent growth has seen the team expand across its corporate and commercial areas and it finds itself in a very strong position with a real desire to grow.

The primary focus of the business is to service clients in Manchester, South Manchester and Cheshire and acts for a broad range of clientele from individuals to large limited companies.

The corporate department deals with a broad range of work including M&A, Shareholder arrangements as well as private equity and investment. The team also attract work on the banking and finance side as well as transactional insolvency work.

As such the breadth of work is challenging but interesting. More importantly the work is of a good quality but the culture of the firm, despite the discipline, is very much focused on keeping their people happy. As such a long hours culture this is not.

Ideally they are seeking a solicitor with between 0-5 years experience with a similar breadth of work. It may be that you are an NQ with a wider corporate and commercial practice but want to evolve more the corporate side. Equally you may be an experienced corporate lawyer but looking for something that will give you a complex and challenging caseload but that won't require you to sign away your life.
