A superb Commercial Lawyer is sought for an exciting opportunity at an international law firm in Manchester city centre. This role will be based in their busy commercial department working with their impressive client base in variety of sectors including retail, technology, leisure and more and due to the size of the team you will be able to influence your own exposure.
The role
The team are highly regarded and have various recognised individuals, locally and nationally hence their strong market presence. The team operate with an open door policy which encourages support, transparency and trust which results in a positive and motivated working environment.
The role will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts for IP, IT and data protection matters on behalf of a diverse client base, locally, nationally and internationally.
About you
Applications will be considered from experienced Commercial Lawyers, minimum of 2 years PQE who have worked in a similar environment acting on behalf of large, high value business clients. You must be an excellent team player who is willing to go above and beyond in order to ensure high calibre service delivery to their clients.
