International Legal 500 firm is seeking to recruit a banking lawyer
The main responsibilities of this role will be to advise and assist clients in connection with legal aspects of banking and finance matters and leading/supporting banking transactions.
This Banking and Finance team is a leading team in its sector and the clients you would be working for include the major banks operating in the UK. As well as a significant list of bank clients, the team supports the firm's corporate and property departments on funding transactions.
A key part of the role involves business development and so the role gives the right individual the opportunity to build their profile and standing as a leading banking specialist in their market.
