An excellent opportunity has arisen at a mid-sized city firm for an experienced Corporate Paralegal on a temporary basis.

The Corporate Paralegal can look forward to being involved with:

• Corporate due diligence
• Managing a data room
• Post-completion matters
• Drafting ancillary documents
• Companies House
• Drafting board minutes
• Shareholders agreements

The role is to cover for an NQ solicitor and so the successful Corporate Paralegal can look forward to gaining a high level of experience not usually attributed to a trainee or a junior solicitor.

The firm are really flexible to the firm that the paralegal has gained the corporate experience at, from a smaller city or regional firm to a larger magic circle or US firm.

This Corporate Paralegal role may particularly suit a future trainee who has already secured a training contract and looking to gain hands on experience to hit the ground running when they start.

This role is to start asap, will interview next week and then start immediately after. It is initially for 3 months but could go on longer.
