Job Details
We are working closely with an established US firm in the London market on a role with its highly-regarded Financial Restructuring team.
The partners are on the lookout for star junior associates and are targeting candidates from within the Magic Circle as well as other leading UK and US firms.
Candidates should have trained and qualified at their current firm and will have a strong track record of high-value and complex financial restructuring transactions. Star NQs are also welcome to apply although they will need at least one restructuring seat in addition to a corporate and/or finance seat, as well as first class academics.
The firm is known in the market for the quality and standing of its restructuring practice, which specialises in advising distressed investors and financial institutions, including investment funds, on the full range of cross-border restructuring matters.
This will be a step up for pretty much any restructuring associate who is looking to combine the best experience available along with the highest salaries in the London market.
