They act for large corporate entities, entrepreneurs and owner-managed-businesses as well as public sector and charity organisations.
The Role
They are looking for a Corporate Solicitor 3+ years PQE to join their practice in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
The firm has an international portfolio of multi-national client companies (public and private), SMEs, owner managed businesses and start-ups with a need for high quality corporate and M&A support and advice. They handle over 100 transactions in each year, with deal values typically ranging from sub-£5m to £100m +.
You would be joining an incredibly experienced team and gaining exposure to a phenomenal quality of work, as such, this opportunity would be an excellent springboard to progression for the right Corporate Solicitor.
