IT Outsourcing Lawyer

Top 20 International law firm, has an urgent requirement for a TMT, Digital and Outsourcing lawyer to join their Tier 1 ranked team on an interim basis for 3-6 months.

Due to an influx of work the firm is seeking to recruit a mid to senior level outsourcing lawyer who should have at least three years' PQE and should have experience gained within private practice. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and negotiate transactions, draft advice and work without supervision.

The TMT team of this firm is one of the leaders in the City and it boasts an impressive list of clients which include many household named brands across a variety of sectors including banking, retail, pharma, technology and infrastructure to name a few. Areas that the lawyers in this team cover include: outsourcing (BPO and ITO); disruptive technologies including cloud computing, AI, blockchain, big data, IoT, automation, machine learning, fintech; IT systems procurement; development and licensing; sourcing strategies and alternative contracting models; data privacy, information governance, including cyber security; advising on digital transformation models; business service transformation projects and procurement; transactional and advisory work in the TMT and Digital sectors.
