Job Details
Highly rated international law firm are looking to recruit an Aviation Finance Solicitor, min 3 yrs PQE, to join their 60 strong Aviation and Rail Team who advises banks, lessors, ECAs, manufacturers, operators and private individuals.
They advise on all aspects of asset financing including:
Export credit backed financing;
Syndicated and bilateral debt;
Distressed asset finance transactions;
Operating and finance leases;
Asset sale and purchase;
Private placements;
Sale and leaseback transactions; and
Sale and purchase of loan portfolios.
Skills and experience - essential
In order to be suitable for this position, you will most likely:
be a UK qualified solicitor with between 3 and 4 years PQE relevant experience gained at a respected law firm;
have proven technical skills in asset finance ideally with a focus in the aviation and/or rail sectors;
be able to draft financing and leasing documentation which is clear, concise and unambiguous;
be comfortable with managing transactions and have the ability to operate autonomously;
have a hands on flexible attitude to providing a high quality client service;.
fit into the Firm's culture of being dynamic, enterprising, creative and hard working.
