THE ROLE
A superb new role has arisen within the 5 strong legal team for a commercial legal adviser.
The role will involve dealing with a huge range of high value technology and service matters.
ABOUT YOU
With strong experience in commercial contracts, you will be handling major outsourcing contracts as well as day to day software and commercial contracts.
While experience in the financial services sector would be useful, training will be provided.
The recruit will need good commercial and transactional skills and the ability to work on negotiations on big outsourcing contracts, software and procurement.
