Credit Funds Lawyer 2-4PQE

The Client:

A leading fund manager with over half a trillion under management.  With a variety of regulated and alternative funds under management, they have had a particular emphasis in recent year on developing their alternatives presence through entry into credit fund and direct lending activity and making investments in sub-prime loan portfolios, which are then securitized.

The Role:

Working closely with the portfolio managers, you will take on a role involving the acquisition of NPL portfolios, direct lending transactions, securitization and other lending and financing based transactions including infrastructure financing for their infra funds business.

The Candidate:

Based in London or Frankfurt, this individual will have 2-4 years' PQE gained in whole or in part with a major law firm.  Secondments would be advantageous but not essential.  You will have experience in banking or securitisation law and will be keen to find an interesting, buy-side role in which you can help to develop a growing credit funds business.
