The team acts for private clients as well as developers, surveyors, banks, institutional investors, retailers, landlords and tenants. The residential property team is now looking to expand by recruiting an experienced residential property solicitor/legal executive with a minimum of 1 PQE.

The candidate must be either a qualified solicitor or qualified legal executive with good local contacts and, a genuine appetite for business development.

The ideal candidate will have a good record in dealing with general residential property and domestic conveyancing matters including residential sales, purchases, re-mortgage, lease extensions and plot sales/purchases. Whilst it is not a requirement, any management experience would be an advantage. You must be willing to be involved with department and firm BD initiatives and also take the lead to draw in new work to the department.

Excellent client handling skills are a pre-requisite and we expect our lawyers to consistently deal with all clients in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
