This is a unique opportunity for a talented and experienced lawyer to take on a Regional Ethics & Compliance Director position, at the forefront of FMCG in Europe. Working with the leadership team of this very successful FTSE 10 global company, you will be responsible for helping design and implement compliance programs, providing advice and support to the business in relation to its regional activities.
You must have deep compliance program experience with a firm understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory bodies and compliance requirements and risks associated with these areas. Familiarity with FCPA, UK Bribery Act, FTSE BMS Marketing Guidelines, WHO code, OTC related codes or regulations, Anti-Competition, Anti-Trust and Data Privacy will be very useful. We are especially interested in experience of the consumer/retail sector.
