New! - our client are a leading Legal 100 firm with a top-tier Real Estate Practice which is busy and expanding at the 1-2 PQE level. Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious solicitor with solid academics and a commercial outlook to join them at this important stage of expansion. The ideal individual will have trained with a recognised regional, city or national firm and have completed at least one seat in real estate. Clients include; Developers; Housing Associations; Charities; and PLC's.
You can expect to advise on a broad range of general commercial property matters (Landlord & Tenant focus) and will be expected to contribute to business development initiatives on a regular basis. This role will suit someone looking for extensive client contact and the opportunity to develop the commercial property department.
