Job Details

An exciting In-House opportunity has arisen for an experience Derivatives Lawyer.

Our client is a multinational asset management company based in the heart of the City.

The firm require an experienced Lawyer to work with the Group Legal Department that will focus on various forms of derivatives work.

You should have exposure to wide range of ISDA documentation, GMRA and FX trading agreements and have experience of both UK and Luxembourg fund range types: both UCITS and AIFs in each case.

Some of the role will include

  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and completing OTC derivatives documentation (ISDA, CSA, Accession and Amendment Agreements).
  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and completing other market counterparty documentation (GMRA, FX trading agreements, clearing agreements, prime brokerage agreements, business terms of market counterparties, confidentiality agreements).
