Litigation and Investigations Lawyer
An excellent opportunity has arisen at a top investment bank for a Litigation and Investigations Lawyer.
The role will be supporting a senior lawyer and is to primarily look at internal conduct and complaints. Duties will include reviewing documents, due diligence, case management, drafting attendance and interview notes and producing reports.
They are flexible to the background of the Litigation and Investigations Lawyer. Perhaps you have commercial litigation experience where you have gained experience with interviewing and drafting notes, or perhaps you have experience with a similar internal investigations, complaints or conduct role.
Communication skills are key for this Litigation and Investigations Lawyer role, as well as building a rapport with members of the business from the very junior to the most senior stakeholders. Some project management experience would also be a plus.
