This highly ranked Commercial firm based in Manchester recruit and train the best technical lawyers in the North West.
The practice has over 180 staff and specialise in advising SMEs, financial institutions, real estate investors and PLCs, as well as businesses across various sectors. Their more niche specialisms including serious tax investigations, mediation and family business succession planning.
The Role
Due to continued growth, this leading firm are looking for a Banking Solicitor 3+ years PQE to join their Legal 500 ranked team in Manchester.
The team act for a variety of lender and finance professionals such as mainstream banks, challenger banks, building societies, short term lenders, private lenders, fixed charge receivers, administrators and insolvency office holders. They have been praised for their notable expertise and a number of their team members have been recommended by the Legal 500.
The role will involve advising on a wide range of bespoke services including secured lending, loan structures and recoveries/enforcement processes.
Requirements:
- A Banking Solicitor 3+ years PQE
- Confidence to handle a caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Fantastic organisation skills
- Salary is very competitive with market-leading benefits
