They are now looking for a Principal Associate to join their highly-regarded Birmingham Corporate team. The firm is looking for someone who will be aiming for a Partner role over the next few years as the team continues to expand, so business development and management skills are a must.

The Birmingham office is a focal point of growth for the firm, and a hub of activity, especially in Corporate. You would be leading on large and complex transactions for household names across a variety of sectors. The firm has particular expertise advising technology and retail clients, where it acts for both established companies and fast-growth start-ups.

You will ideally have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience working on a broad range of corporate M&A, corporate finance, and general corporate advisory matters. The wider UK team also works on a variety of capital markets and private equity matters.The firm is open to considering individuals from a variety of corporate backgrounds, including those who are more specialist but looking to broaden their practice.
