Part Time Charity Legal Adviser

They have a great opportunity for a Part-Time Legal Adviser to start as soon as possible.

As the Part-Time Legal Adviser, you will have the opportunity to review and create contracts for exciting projects based around the world, in over 30 countries.

You will have the chance to deal with a range of regulatory and business matters, including charity law, insurance and trademarks and advising on a wide range of business and charity focused issues.

This isn't a silo type role, whereby you will be concentrating on your own matters, without any support, with the Senior Legal Adviser close by, you will have great support and be expected to collaborate with a range of passionate stakeholders.

What can you offer them?

• Experience in general commercial/corporate law;
• In-house experience, although this is not a prerequisite;
• Charity experience from a legal point of view would be ideal, too;
• Great negotiation skills, including the ability to understand and persuade stakeholders to understand the merits of legal/commercial decisions;
• Qualification as a Solicitor or Barrister;
• A willingness to get involved with new areas of law;
• An open, non-judgemental mind of people's lifestyles and personal decisions.
