Corporate Associate - International Practice

The Corporate practice at this international heavyweight practice covers the full spectrum of premium deals across M&A, ECM, and Private Equity. The department has continued to make excellent strides in the London market, and now requires an experienced Associate at 3+PQE with a strong background of experience in AIM and other ECM transactions as part of its continued expansion.

The successful applicant will benefit from a leaner team structures than can normally be found within Corporate teams at City firms, and will be asked to take a key role on major transactions, being trusted to work with minimal supervision on high-value, high-profile cross-border work.

Applicants should have gained solid experience in Corporate work (ideally with some degree of focus on ECM transactions) at either a leading City, International, or Regional practice, and be keen to further develop their experience within an environment that rewards innovation and initiative.
