A great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Commercial Partner or Senior Associate to join a sector leading firm.

Our client is a well-established law firm in the City of London with excellent reputation in the public sector and a multi-site offering. This role is for an existing Corporate Commercial Partner with a proven track record within some or all of the following areas either health care, social care, life sciences, charities or social enterprise. The incoming Lawyer is likely to have a breadth of experience across M&A, commercial contracts, JVs and outsourcing.
