Commercial Litigation Paralegal (6 month FTC)

Our client is an independent law firm with an excellent reputation; they are seeking a paralegal to join their disputes team in London on a 6 month fixed term contract. The team are extremely busy on a particular case and need additional support. The purpose of the role is to provide paralegal support and legal research to fee-earners within the Contentious Trusts and Estates Team. The dispute resolution team handles a full range of litigation matters, from contract claims to large scale, complex multi-jurisdictional disputes and judicial review. They also have significant experience of alternative dispute resolution and, in particular, arbitration and mediation. They act for a broad array of clients including individuals, businesses ranging from small family businesses to significant corporates, banks, trustees and trust companies as well as schools, higher education institutions and not-for-profit organisations.

Experience in a similar role, working with Relativity and Magnum would be desirable. Familiarity with Nitro and Excel helpful.

Excellent academics are essential - This role would suit someone interested in seeking a training contract long-term.

The salary range for the role is £24,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience).
