In house - Commercial Contracts Lawyer - London -2-4 pqe

Our client is a Fortune 500 multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare organisations globally.

We have recently placed candidates into this business and now they are looking to expand their established legal team again, with the hire of a mid-level Commercial lawyer with 2-4 years commercial experience. You will report directly to the Head of Legal UK. This position will offer the business support on a variety of matters including; negotiating and advising on contracts for IT procurement, maintenance, professional services and cloud services as well as data protection and corporate compliance.

Candidates are sought with solid City commercial experience ideally with private practice training as well as in-house exposure.
This is an exciting role in a dynamic global organisation with a growing legal team that will suit a commercially minded and outgoing individual.
