Job Details

My client is one of the world's largest asset managers. They are mid way through a long running regulatory initiative to comply with the new Senior Managers and Certification Regime. They have a project team with two senior lawyers working part-time on it at the moment. A lot of the 'heavy lifting' has been completed already and their need is for a junior(ish) legal resource to come in and lend a hand to the next phase of their SMCR project. We need someone bright, dynamic, pro-active and hands-on. This resource will do lots of the running around, pulling decks together, draft advice papers etc - so it won't all be pure legal work. Another pair of hands for this project will only be justifiable if it is obvious that this person will bring a good mix of energy and organisation. No SMCR experience is necessary, but it would help to have worked on a regulatory implementation before.
