Job Details
We are working with an award winning US firm. They are looking for a Partner to lead their top tier restructuring team in London
They advise on high profile, cross-border transactions, across a number of sub sectors backed by their very strong corporate team.
The restructuring team work with private companies, banks, bond trustees, and a variety of other lenders.
It is important that you have experience with distressed M&A transactions, and ideally equity swaps.
You will have worked at another top tier firm, have a strong academic track record, and an impressive deal history.
