THE ROLE
Within an award winning and growing corporate team this is for a driven and ambitious Associate to play a part in its on-going success.
The team has a clear growth strategy, which means that for the right candidate there is a very exciting opportunity for real career progression within a dynamic and fast-moving team.
In this role you will be able to take ownership of smaller transactions, as well as working with the Partners on larger, more complex matters.
The core focus of the work will have a VC element but you will also have exposure to a broader range of corporate work, including M&A, ECM, private equity, joint ventures and re-organisations.
ABOUT YOU
With strong VC experience and at least 3pqe, you should be comfortable working within the technology sector.
You will have an excellent academic record and a strong City or equivalent background.
