Senior Lawyer - Energy & Projects, (relocation to Hong Kong)

Due to rapid expansion in South East Asia, this market leading international law firm seeks a senior lawyer to join its prominent and influential energy & projects team in Hong Kong. Cutting edge work and outstanding package.

This firm has a superb reputation in the energy sector with a wide and eclectic range of premium clients across South East Asia, with a recent focus on renewable energy. The team in Hong Kong works on both project development and project finance in the power sector and is known for its innovation and technical expertise on complex and interesting power-related matters.

Senior lawyers (around 7PQE plus) would be of interest to undertake what is seen as a pivotal role within the team - supervising the more junior lawyers, whilst assisting the partner with business development. The team is growing and the lawyer successfully obtaining this position is expected to progress rapidly. No Asian languages are required for this role.

Applicants are expected to be Commonwealth qualified, with high-level finance or project finance experience (preferably in the energy or infrastructure sectors, though those coming from a pure finance background will also be of interest) from a highly rated international law firm.
