Leading Employment practice offers excellent flexible-working opportunities:

Our client, one of the world’s most highly regarded global law firms, is looking for several mid/senior level associates to join its expanding Employment practice, consistently ranked as a top-tier practice in all legal directories. The team consists of 25+ dedicated employment lawyers (this is not a corporate support role), advising on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment issues faced by clients in sectors such as TMT, FS, IT, transport and retail.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • excellent academics (minimum 2.1 from a highly ranked institution).
  • been admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales. Lawyers of all levels are welcome to apply, however the firm is particularly looking for a strong mid-senior associate.
  • a commercial mindset, collaborative nature, and the ability to create long-lasting relationships both within the firm and externally with clients.
  • strong general advisory experience, as well as more focused experience in areas relating to employment tribunal claims, injunctions, discrimination issues, redundancy processes and TUPE matters.

The firm offers a truly flexible, tailored agile working scheme for employees in this department – offering a rare opportunity for those individuals who wish to work from home a couple of days a week. An excellent option if you are based outside of London or have a schedule that requires you to be closer to home some days of the week, but do not wish to compromise on the quality of work you are undertaking.

Apply now to join a prestigious global law firm with a reputation second to none in the City for work in the Employment Law space.
